Ingredients (for 2 people):

20 g black truffle (Tuber melanosporum)

20 g butter

2 tablespoons black truffle olive oil

Preparation:
- Preparing the truffle: First, clean the black truffle with a brush to remove any dirt. Then slice it very thinly or grate it, depending on the desired intensity of flavor.
- Preparing the eggs: In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter with the olive oil. Once the butter has melted, carefully crack the eggs into the pan, ensuring the yolks remain intact. Season the eggs with a little salt and pepper if desired.
- Final step: When the eggs are cooked but the yolks are still runny, sprinkle them with grated black truffle. Drizzle with a few drops of black truffle olive oil for extra flavor.
- Serving: Serve the eggs on a plate, and you can add a little more fresh black truffle on top and sprinkle with fresh parsley if you want additional color and freshness.
