As truffles are natural products, variations in size, shape, weight, and color may occur.<\/p>\n PRICES<\/p>\n All prices are displayed in Euros (\u20ac) and include Value Added Tax (VAT).<\/p>\n Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process.<\/p>\n The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of order confirmation shall apply to the customer.<\/p>\n PAYMENT METHODS<\/p>\n Customers may pay using:<\/p>\n \u2022 Credit and debit cards ONLINE PAYMENT SECURITY<\/p>\n Online card payments are processed through the CorvusPay secure online payment system.<\/p>\n CorvusPay uses advanced security standards and SSL encryption to protect payment data. Card details are not accessible to the Seller and are processed exclusively by authorized payment service providers.<\/p>\n DELIVERY<\/p>\n Products are delivered through DHL and GLS courier services.<\/p>\n Bonin Tartufi pays special attention to the shipment of fresh truffles to ensure they arrive in optimal condition and within the shortest possible time.<\/p>\n The estimated delivery time for most shipments is up to 48 hours from dispatch, except in cases of force majeure, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.<\/p>\n Free shipping is available for:<\/p>\n \u2022 Orders over \u20ac55.00 within Croatia COMPLAINTS AND CUSTOMER CLAIMS<\/p>\n Customers have the right to submit complaints in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia.<\/p>\n Written complaints may be sent to:<\/p>\n E-mail: bonintartufi.istra@gmail.com<\/a><\/p>\n or by post to the registered address of the company.<\/p>\n A response to every complaint will be provided within 15 days of receipt.<\/p>\n In the event of a justified complaint, the customer is entitled to product replacement, a refund, or another form of compensation in accordance with applicable legislation.<\/p>\n RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/p>\n Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.<\/p>\n
