Once the butter has melted, carefully crack the eggs into the pan, ensuring the yolks remain intact. Season the eggs with a little salt and pepper if desired.  <\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1106\" data-end=\"1289\"><strong data-start=\"1106\" data-end=\"1124\">Final step:<\/strong> When the eggs are cooked but the yolks are still runny, sprinkle them with grated black truffle.
