The Motovun Forest is a special reserve of forest vegetation, whose soil and microclimate create perfect conditions for the growth of the white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico)<\/strong> – the most prized and expensive truffle in the world. It was right here that one of the largest white truffles of all time was found, even recorded in the Guinness Book of Records<\/strong>.
