10:00 - Truffle Hunting Experience
Departure into the forest accompanied by an experienced truffle hunter and specially trained dogs. During the walk, participants will have the opportunity to see how truffles are found and learn interesting facts about their growth and the tradition of truffle hunting.
11:30 - Truffle Tasting Experience
After the hunt, a premium tasting of truffle products follows in Motovun. During the tasting, guests will enjoy a selection of Istrian specialties, including canapés with truffle spreads, cheeses, and other local products.
The highlight of the tasting is a freshly prepared scrambled eggs dish (fritaja) with fresh truffles, one of the most famous and traditional dishes of Istrian cuisine.
