GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products and the use of services available through the Bonin Tartufi website.

Bonin Tartufi operates through its online store, the Bonin Shop Livade retail location, and organizes truffle hunting experiences and truffle tasting programs.
By using this website and purchasing products or services, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Bonin Tartufi offers:
• Fresh white and black truffles
• Truffle products
• Gourmet products and delicacies
• Gift sets
• Organized truffle hunting experiences
• Truffle tasting experiences as part of selected programs
Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only. As truffles are natural products, variations in size, shape, weight, and color may occur.
PRICES
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of order confirmation shall apply to the customer.
PAYMENT METHODS
Customers may pay using:
• Credit and debit cards
• PayPal
• Bank transfer
• Cash on delivery (where available)
• Gift vouchers and promotional coupons when available
ONLINE PAYMENT SECURITY
Online card payments are processed through the CorvusPay secure online payment system.
CorvusPay uses advanced security standards and SSL encryption to protect payment data. Card details are not accessible to the Seller and are processed exclusively by authorized payment service providers.
DELIVERY
Products are delivered through DHL and GLS courier services.
Bonin Tartufi pays special attention to the shipment of fresh truffles to ensure they arrive in optimal condition and within the shortest possible time.
The estimated delivery time for most shipments is up to 48 hours from dispatch, except in cases of force majeure, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
Free shipping is available for:
• Orders over €55.00 within Croatia
• Orders over €120.00 within the European Union
COMPLAINTS AND CUSTOMER CLAIMS
Customers have the right to submit complaints in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Written complaints may be sent to:

or by post to the registered address of the company.
A response to every complaint will be provided within 15 days of receipt.
In the event of a justified complaint, the customer is entitled to product replacement, a refund, or another form of compensation in accordance with applicable legislation.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must submit a written notice to bonintartufi.istra@gmail.com.
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
Refunds will be issued after the returned product has been received or proof of return shipment has been provided.
TRUFFLE HUNTING EXPERIENCES AND BOOKINGS
Bonin Tartufi organizes truffle hunting experiences in the Livade area and the surroundings of the Motovun Forest.
Bookings can be made through the website, by e-mail, or by telephone.
A booking is considered confirmed only after confirmation by Bonin Tartufi.
Bonin Tartufi reserves the right to modify the scheduled date or adjust the program in case of adverse weather conditions, force majeure, or other circumstances affecting the safety of participants.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Bonin Tartufi processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Croatian legislation.

ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In accordance with the European Union Regulation on Online Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes, consumers may access the Online Dispute Resolution platform at:

FINAL PROVISIONS
All legal relations between the customer and the Seller shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Prvić d.o.o. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of publication on the website.
