DELIVERY TERMS

Bonin Tartufi delivers products throughout the Republic of Croatia and European Union countries via contracted delivery services DHL and GLS.

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are processed as quickly as possible after the order has been received and payment has been confirmed.

Due to the nature of the products and to preserve the quality of fresh truffles, Bonin Tartufi strives to ensure delivery within 48 hours from the time of shipment.

Delivery times may be extended in the event of:

• Public holidays
• Adverse weather conditions
• Force majeure
• Delays caused by delivery services beyond the Seller’s control

Once the shipment has been dispatched, the customer will receive tracking information for the package.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process and depend on the destination and total package weight.

Free shipping is available for:

• Orders over €55.00 within Croatia
• Orders over €150.00 within the European Union

FRESH TRUFFLES

Fresh truffles are carefully packed and shipped to preserve their quality, freshness, and aroma during transport.

The customer is required to inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery and report any visible damage to the delivery service and Bonin Tartufi without delay.

FAILED DELIVERY

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information provided by the customer or because the shipment cannot be accepted, Bonin Tartufi shall not be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.

Products ordered online may also be collected in person at Bonin Shop by prior arrangement at the following address:
