DELIVERY TERMS

Bonin Tartufi delivers products within the Republic of Croatia and to European Union member states through its contracted delivery partners, DHL and GLS.

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are processed as soon as possible after the order has been received and the payment has been recorded.

Due to the nature of the products and in order to preserve the quality of fresh truffles, Bonin Tartufi aims to ensure delivery within 48 hours from the dispatch of the shipment.

Delivery time may be longer in the event of:

• public holidays
• adverse weather conditions
• force majeure
• courier delays beyond the seller’s control

After the shipment has been dispatched, the customer will receive the package tracking details.

DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process and depend on the destination and the total weight of the shipment.

Free delivery is available:

• for orders over €55.00 within the Republic of Croatia
• for orders over €150.00 within the European Union

FRESH TRUFFLES

Fresh truffles are packed and dispatched with special care in order to preserve their quality, freshness and aroma during transport.

The customer is required to inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt and to report any visible damage to the delivery service and to Bonin Tartufi without delay.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

If delivery is not possible due to incorrect information entered by the customer during the order process, or due to the customer’s inability to receive the shipment, Bonin Tartufi shall not be responsible for any additional costs of re-delivery.

Previously ordered products can also be collected in person at Bonin Shop at the following address:
