Crna tartufata je iznimno aromatičan i ukusan namaz koji spaja blagost šampinjona s dubokim i slojevitim okusom crnog tartufa (Tuber aestivum Vitt.). Uz dodatak maslina, kapara, češnjaka i peršina, ova kremasta delikatesa odiše bogatstvom prirodnih aroma i savršeno se uklapa u svako jelo kojem želite dodati notu sofisticiranosti.
Ova istarska specijalnost napravljena je prema tradicionalnoj recepturi i idealna je za:
