Tartufi Istra is a specialized online store for selling truffles and truffle products.
All prices in the tartufi-istra.com store are expressed in euros (€) and include value-added tax (VAT). Delivery costs are not included in the product price. Tartufi Istra reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Tartufi Istra operates strictly in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

Online Payment Security Statement
When paying on our online store, you use CorvusPay – an advanced system for secure acceptance of payment cards via the internet.
CorvusPay ensures complete confidentiality of your card data from the moment you enter them into the CorvusPay payment form. Payment data is encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our store never comes into contact with your full card details. Also, the data is inaccessible even to CorvusPay system employees. An isolated core independently transfers and manages sensitive data, keeping them completely secure.
The payment data entry form is secured with the highest reliability SSL transport encryption. All stored data is additionally protected by encryption, using a cryptographic device certified according to the FIPS 140-2 Level 3 standard.
CorvusPay meets all the security requirements for online payments prescribed by leading card brands, operating in accordance with the PCI DSS Level 1 standard – the highest security standard in the payment card industry. When paying with cards included in the 3-D Secure program, your bank additionally confirms your identity using a token or password, in addition to the validity of the card itself.
Corvus Info treats all collected information as banking secrecy and handles it accordingly. The information is used solely for the purposes for which it is intended. Your sensitive data is completely secure, and its privacy is guaranteed by the most modern protection mechanisms. Only the data necessary for performing the job in accordance with the prescribed demanding procedures for online payment is collected.

In addition, by maintaining strict access control, regular security monitoring, and in-depth checks to prevent network vulnerabilities, and by systematically implementing information security provisions, we continuously maintain and improve the security level of the system by protecting your card data.
Delivery
Delivery is made within a few days (depending on the place/country of delivery). Delivery is door-to-door to any address. In the case of unsuccessful delivery, no special fee is charged for the return of the shipment.
The delivery price is automatically calculated on the cart page, depending on the weight of the package and the country of delivery.
Goods are insured against loss during delivery. If the customer does not receive the package, they must notify the seller so that actions can be taken to locate or send a new shipment.
The dispatch of goods is carried out within a few days after receiving the order (on working days). Immediately after dispatching the goods, we will inform you of the tracking code with which you can check at any time where your shipment is. Delivery of goods will be within 5 working days after dispatch.
By purchasing, the customer agrees that the phone number will be written on the package label for easier and faster delivery.
Complaints
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to file a complaint. A complaint is considered valid if it meets the conditions for a complaint in accordance with the Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act. The customer is obliged to return the product to the seller within the agreed period to the agreed address. The seller is obliged to replace the product or refund the full amount paid within 14 days of receiving a valid complaint.

Unilateral Contract Termination
The consumer can unilaterally terminate this contract without stating a reason, within 14 days from the date of contract conclusion or upon its receipt.
The right to unilateral contract termination begins from the date of delivery, i.e., from the date of personal receipt of the shipment.
To exercise the right to unilateral termination, the consumer must provide the trader with written notice stating that they are terminating the contract. The notice must be written on a durable medium and contain the information indicated below, and it can be delivered as a letter sent by mail or electronic mail.
If the consumer exercises their right to unilateral termination, they will not bear any costs related to it except for the direct costs of returning the goods.
We can refund the money only after the goods have been returned to us or after you provide proof that you have sent the goods back to us.

Online Dispute Resolution
By special regulation of the European Union, from 15.2.2016, throughout the entire EU, disputes related to online purchases can be resolved through a platform which you can access here.
This means that if you encounter a problem during an online purchase within the EU (defective product, inability to exchange the product, etc.), you can submit your complaint at the link above.
The platform can be used by both consumers and traders, and complaints can be submitted in any of the 23 official EU languages.
